  Saif Ali Khan suffered a significant injury to his thoracic spinal cord after a knife became lodged in his spine. A doctor at Lilavati Hospital confirmed that surgery was carried out to remove the 2.5-inch knife and repair the actor’s "leaking spinal fluid."
