Meet actress known for topless scenes, started as reporter, won Miss Asia Pacific

Zeenat Aman participated in the Femina Miss India in 1970 and finished as the second runner-up. She earned the title of the 'First Princess' at the beauty pageant. In the same year, Zeenat became the first Indian woman to win the Miss Asia Pacific International in Quezon City, Philippines.

Zeenat Aman started her professional career as a journalist for the fashion magazine Femina before taking up modelling and eventually becoming one of the leading actresses in Bollywood in the 1970s. Her most famous films are Haré Rama Haré Krishna, Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Don,  Dharam Veer, and Yaadon Ki Baaraat among others.

Zeenat Aman did multiple bold, topless scenes in Hindi films. When Kapil Sharma asked her about her bathing-in-the-rain scenes in films in The Kapil Sharma Show in 2021, the veteran actress replied, "Someone once told me whenever I am made to take a shower in the rain on screen, it rains money for my producers."

Zeenat Aman made her Instagram debut in 2023 at the age of 71 and since then, the veteran actress has been quite active on the social media platform. She has been sharing fascinating trivia and memorable moments from her heydays in the Hindi film industry.

Zeenat Aman will make her Bollywood comeback with the coming-of-age drama Bun Tikki, which also stars Shabana Azmi, Abhay Deol, and Lin Laishram. The film is helmed by Faraz Arif Ansari in his feature directorial debut.
