'Thappad khata mujhse...': Roadies XX contestant holds Rhea Chakraborty's hand for a task, actress loses calm

India's iconic reality show Roadies is back with a thrilling new season, keeping viewers hooked. This edition boasts a dynamic gang leader lineup, including Rhea Chakraborty, Prince Narula, Neha Dhupia, Gautam Gulati, Elvish Yadav, and Rannvijay returning as host. The recent episode of Roadies XX was filled with nail-biting auditions and surprise twists, but a dramatic encounter between gang leader Rhea Chakraborty and contestant Rishabh stole the spotlight.

During the episode, Rishabh, a contestant, faced various challenges to prove himself, including belly dancing and fitness tasks and winning over Rhea Chakraborty. However, his attempt to impress her took a misstep when he held her hand without consent.  

Rhea, visibly upset, sternly warned him, "Bahar milta toh thappad khata mujhse (If this were outside, you'd be slapped)." She made it clear that physical contact without consent was unacceptable. Rishabh quickly apologised, and the two cleared the air, avoiding further escalation. Despite the awkward moment, Rishabh impressed the judges and earned a spot in the competition, ironically joining Gang Rhea.

The episode ignited a buzz among fans, who praised Rhea for standing firm on her personal boundaries. Meanwhile, others were shocked that Rishabh still managed to secure a spot on her team, despite their awkward encounter.

In the previous episode, Rhea became emotional when Rannvijay Singha opened up about his enduring friendship with her whom he has known since she was 17. He lauded her remarkable strength, resilience, and character, revealing that she has been a source of inspiration for him despite her youth. Rannvijay admired Rhea's unwavering positivity and her ability to overcome the challenges she faced in her life.

For those unaware, Rhea Chakraborty has made a strong comeback after facing intense media scrutiny and legal challenges following Sushant Singh Rajput's passing in 2020. She's now a gang leader on Roadies XX and hosts a popular YouTube podcast, Chapter 2, featuring high-profile guests like Aamir Khan, Honey Singh, and Sushmita Sen.
