Toco, the Japanese man who gained fame for spending $14,000 on a hyper realistic collie costume, is turning his passion into a unique experience for others. He is set to open the Tocotoco Zoo on January 26 in Saitama Prefecture, just north of Tokyo.

According to the zoo's official website, the Tocotoco Zoo offers visitors a chance to live out their dream of becoming an animal, even for a short time. Guests can wear a life-sized, realistic Alaskan Malamute costume, complete with a wagging tail and a functional mouth that mimics real movements.

“Have you ever imagined yourself as something other than human and felt excited? At Tocotoco Zoo, your wish to become an animal can come true,” the website explains.

Visitors can book private sessions for 49,000 yen (around $311) to wear the custom-made costume and experience life as a dog. However, certain restrictions apply. Participants must be between 4 feet 11 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall to fit into the suit. Each session allows up to three people to explore the zoo.

Toco recently shared a video showing himself playing in his collie costume with another person, writing about his desire to be an animal and his plans to share this dream with others through the zoo.

While the zoo currently features only the Alaskan Malamute suit, it remains unclear if Toco plans to expand the collection of animal costumes. Details about the zoo's operations and management have not been disclosed.

For now, the Tocotoco Zoo promises to be an unusual and creative destination for those curious about experiencing life as man’s best friend.
