Former Bigg Boss contestant Nimrrit Kaur Ahluwalia reacted to violent incidents that happened at Bigg Boss 17 and Bigg Boss OTT 3.
Actress and former Bigg Boss contestant, Nimrrit Kaur Ahluwalia (also known as Nimrit Kaur) reacts to the violent incidents in Bigg Boss OTT 3 and shares his thoughts on the makers not taking strict action against the major rule break. In the ongoing BB season, Vishal Pandey got slapped by Armaan Malik. In Bigg Boss 17, Abhishek Kumar slapped Samarth Jurel. In both instances, the contestant who broke the biggest rule of the house continued to stay in the house (though Abhishek was asked to leave, and he was brought back by the contestants).
Nimrrit who will soon be seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, joins DNA India for an exclusive interaction. When asked about her views on contestants getting away from breaking the crucial rule in the house, Nimrrit says, "I haven't really followed this season. So I don't know what triggered him (Armaan). Was it intentional? Was there provocation or not, I don't know. A similar incident happened in the last season as well. I personally do not think that's right. Because, when you're going into a house like that, you're mentally prepared that people will provoke you."
The Choti Sarrdaarni star further calls such outrage 'problematic' and adds, "I say that strictly say as a viewer, I think it's setting a very bad example. A lot of the viewers are very young. So, what kind of an influence are we trying to impact, and what kind of idealisation are we building? Are we literally telling children that it's okay to behave this way? So, as a society, I found this very problematic."
Nimrrit on Asim's behaviour in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14
The second promo of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 gave a glimpse of a huge fight between Asim and Abhishek. The Bigg Boss 13 contestant even called the rest of the participants as 'jhund'. When asked if Asim was the real troublemaker from the lot, Nimrit says, "It's very important to be grounded in real life. At least I'm like that, and maybe that's the kind of attitude I look into others as well." Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 will be aired on Colors from July 27.
