Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra plans to propose Chum Darang: 'Once we step out of...'

Karan Veer Mehra emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 18 and also found love in the house with fellow contestant Chum Darang. The actor has expressed his feelings for Chum and hopes to take their relationship forward with her consent. He has even revealed plans to propose to her, marking a romantic culmination to his Bigg Boss journey.

Karan recently opened up about his feelings for Chum and confirmed that they will be dating each other. Explaining his bond with Badhaai Do actor, he said, “I was confident she would make it to the Top 5, because of Chum's journey in the show, and she did it. As for our relationship, it grew gradually over time, and we became protective of each other. We appreciated each other’s habits, discovered many similarities, and complemented one another well,” he told TOI. 

Further, Karan mentioned that the future of his relationship is in Chum’s hands. "It’s up to Chum to decide where our relationship will go from here. Now that we are out in the real world, it’s up to her to decide where our relationship will go from here,” he added. 

When asked if he is ever going to propose to Chum, Karan responded, “Yeah, Chum told me to win the trophy first and then ask her (proposal). Now that the trophy is home, once we step out of here, we’ll see how things progress.” 

Meanwhile, Karan recently hosted a live session on Instagram, where he interacted with thousands of his fans. Chum also joined him in the session and shared romantic banter, leaving fans overjoyed with their crackling chemistry. Karan lifted the winner’s trophy of Bigg Boss 18 and took home Rs 50 lakh, while Chum was eliminated in 5th place after an intense battle spanning over 100 days in the show.
