The most popular reality show on Indian television is back and fans couldn't be more excited. Salman Khan is back to entertain the audience as the host of Bigg Boss' new season. The grand premiere of Bigg Boss 18 is set to take place today at 9 pm on Colors and Jio Cinema. 

While the makers of the show have kept the excitement high by sharing cryptic videos of the contestants who are going to compete for the trophy this season, netizens have already speculated some of the names. Salman Khan will unveil the unique theme of 'time ka taandav' today at Bigg Boss 18's premiere and will introduce the contestants that are going to keep you hooked to your TV screens for the next 15 weeks.

Here's the final list of Bigg Boss 18 contestants - Vivian Dsena, Shehzada Dhami, Eisha Singh, Rajat Dalal, Shilpa Shirodkar, Karan Veer Mehra, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, Shrutika Arjun, Chahat Pandey, Alice Kaushik, Chum Darang, Nyra Banerjee, Muskan Bamne, Advocate Gunaratna Sadavarte, Avinash Mishra, Hema Sharma aka Viral Aunty, Arfeen Khan and his wife Sara Arfeen Khan. Along with the 18 humans, a donkey named Gadhraj has been named as the 19th contestant by Salman Khan and will be seen inside the Bigg Boss 18 house.

Salman Khan's massive fees for Bigg Boss 18

As per a report by Her Zindagi, Salman Khan is charging a massive fees of Rs 60 crore per month to host Bigg Boss. Sources also told Hindustan Times that the superstar's fees this season is a combination of per episode fees and a lump sum contract amount, which comes down to around Rs 60 crore per month. If the season goes on for 15 weeks just like the previous season, Salman is set to earn close to Rs 250 crore from Bigg Boss 18.

In the promo, Salman Khan entered a room to confront his past and future selves. When his past self asked, “Kya lafda kiya hai tune?” Salman humorously replied that neither had done anything wrong, though he did admit that his past self irritates him. The future version of Salman then says, “Pyaar se samjhega, thappad se bhi samjha sakta hu. Wha aa rahu hu yaar. Bigg Boss 38 ka promo shoot chal raha hai.” Present Salman responds, “Aaja yaar.”

Hrithik Roshan supports this Bigg Boss 18 contestant 

In a new promo, Hrithik Roshan supports his friend, life coach Arfeen Khan, who will join the show with his wife. Hrithik, who admits he hasn't watched the show before, teases that he has the answer to why host Salman Khan hasn't married yet, leaving Salman visibly shocked.

Nia Sharma breaks her silence 

Just before the show's grand premiere, Nia surprised fans by confirming she won't be participating, leaving many disappointed. On Sunday, Nia Sharma took to her Instagram and apologised to her fans and supporters after she announced that she won't be a part of Salman Khan's show this season. The actress wrote, "To the fans And well-wishers I have disappointed, sorry. Truly been overwhelmed by the tremendous support, love, and crazy hype! almost made me want to go inside the house for once made me realize what I've earned in the last 14 years. Can't say I didn't enjoy the hype and attention but please don't blame me. It wasn't me."

According to Times of India, the full list of contestants includes Vivian Dsena, Eisha Singh, Nyrra Banerji, Shehzada Dhami, Avinash Mishra, Alice Kaushik, Muskan Bamne, Karan Veer Mehra, Chahat Pandey, and Shilpa Shirodkar among others. However, Salman Khan will be making the official confirmation today in the premiere.

This time, Bigg Boss has divided the house into three parts keeping in mind the theme of Time Ka Tandav. The house has been turned into a cave hotel with 107 cameras, which is the most from any other season. Salman Khan's show will be aired Mon-Fri at 10 pm and Sat-Sun (Weekend Ka Vaar) at 9 pm. As per several reports, the winner of Bigg Boss will walk away with Rs 50 lakhs, similar to the previous season where comedian Munawar Faruqui took home the trophy and cash prize.
