Bigg Boss 18 contestant Chahat Pandey has been embroiled in controversy after Salman Khan questioned her about a secret five-year relationship. The drama escalated when Chahat's mother, Bhavna Pandey, fired back at the show's makers. In a viral video, Bhavna Pandey, who recently appeared on the show, boldly challenged the Bigg Boss team. She stated, "If the Bigg Boss team can find a Gujarati guy who is friends with Chahat, I will give him a cash reward of Rs 21 lakh."

The Bigg Boss 18 house witnessed high-octane drama as Salman Khan confronted Chahat Pandey about her hidden romance. After Chahat's mother made comments about Avinash Mishra's character, Salman dropped a bombshell by revealing a photo of Chahat with a cake sent by her alleged boyfriend. Initially, Chahat denied the allegations, but her composure began to slip as Salman pressed her to own up to the truth. In a surprising twist, Salman also revealed that Chahat's boyfriend is Gujarati and even attempted to speak with her in Gujarati, leaving Chahat visibly unsettled.

Following this, Bhavna Pandey, who had recently appeared on the show during the family week, openly challenged the makers of Bigg Boss. “Bigg Boss ki team agar aise kisi ladke ko dhund laye jo Gujarati hai aur Chahat ki ussey dosti hai, to usko 21 lakh rupaye ka inaam ham cash denge,” she said.  Earlier in the episode, she asserted that Chahat has never been in a romantic relationship and would willingly accept any suitor her mother chooses for her.

Meanwhile, Chahat’s mother has voiced her concerns about the uneven support her daughter Chahat received after being called ‘gawar’ by Avinash in a recent interview. She felt Chahat was unfairly targeted, especially when compared to the attention given to Avinash's conflict with Kashish, highlighting a perceived double standard in the house. 

Bigg Boss 18’s grand finale is scheduled to be held on January 19, 2025.
