A fatal road accident in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on Sunday, July 27, resulted in killing of 5-year-old and injured two others due to reckless speeding. Following the crash, the accused attempted to escape but were apprehended, and the vehicle was seized.The incident took place on Saturday night. Noida Police have seized the BMW car.
The incident occurred near PGI Hospital in Sector 30, Noida, when a speeding BMW collided with a scooter. According to eyewitness accounts, the luxury car was traveling at an excessive speed before it struck the two-wheeler from behind.
The scooter carried a man, his wife, and their 5-year-old daughter when the speeding car hit them. Witnesses reported the BMW was driven at a dangerously high speed. After the crash, the BMW occupants fled, leaving the victims behind. The young girl died instantly, and her parents were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Noida Police have arrested the accused and impounded the BMW involved in the accident. The investigation is underway, and authorities have confirmed that the individuals were under the influence of alcohol.
