  Old Rajinder Nagar incident | "It's a painful incident. It's the responsibility of the officers to plan and provide NOCs, the question is who all are responsible and what actions are being taken against them.   On Rau Coaching Centre case, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said, "This is shameful, without a doubt.   Congress MP Manickam Tagore on Monday gave an adjournment motion notice in Lok Sabha and demanded a discussion over the accountability for Delhi's infrastructure tragedies and tragic losses.
  
  "I hereby give notice of my intention to ask for leave to move a motion for the adjournment of the business of the house for the purpose of discussing a definite matter of urgent importance, namely: Demanding Accountability for Delhi's Infrastructure Tragedies and Tragic Losses," Tagore stated.
