Emphasising the significance of Maha Kumbh Mela, Uttar Pradesh minister Asim Arun said, "...Today, we discussed how the British instilled such fear in us that we started considering ourselves inferior. In contrast, our culture and tradition have a lot to contribute to the world. We have to work to make India a Vishv Guru."
