Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, has seen a reduction in its box office earnings as it moves into its fifth week. Despite this, the film remains a major success, continuing to set new records and hold onto its blockbuster status.

On Tuesday, Pushpa 2: The Rule earned Rs 2.25 crore, marking a noticeable drop in box office revenue after a remarkable start. The film made Rs 725.8 crore in its first week and Rs 264.8 crore in the second week. However, its performance slowed in the subsequent weeks, with Rs 129.5 crore in the third week and Rs 69.65 crore in the fourth week.

In its fifth week, Pushpa 2: The Rule has earned Rs 21.10 crore so far, with daily earnings of Rs 3.75 crore on Friday, Rs 5.5 crore on Saturday, Rs 7.2 crore on Sunday, and Rs 2.5 crore on Monday.

The film's total net box office collection in India has now reached around Rs 1,210.95 crore. Internationally, the film has grossed an impressive Rs 1,800 crore within just four weeks, solidifying its place among the highest-grossing films ever. Additionally, the Hindi-dubbed version has made history by surpassing Rs 800 crore, becoming the first Hindi film to achieve this feat.

Meanwhile, with the unstoppable success of Pushpa 2: The Rule, the makers gave a special treat to the audience. They have announced the release of an extended version of the film, featuring an additional 20 minutes of footage,  which will be attached to the film in theatres starting January 11, 2025. The filmmakers took to social media to share this exciting update, teasing fans with the promise of even more thrilling action from the blockbuster hit. “#Pushpa2TheRule RELOADED VERSION with 20 minutes of added footage will play in cinemas from 11th January The WILDFIRE gets extra FIERY#Pushpa2Reloaded#Pushpa2#WildFirePushpa," read the caption. 

Directed by Sukumar, the film also features Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, besides Allu Arjun. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar writings with music on T Series, the film continues its dream run at the box office.
