Success often begins with a dream, but the journey to achieving it is rarely easy. This is the story of Ramlal Bhoi, a young man from Ghosunda village in Rajasthan's Chittorgarh district, who defied all odds to clear the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG) on his fifth attempt. His story is one of resilience, determination, and unwavering belief in the power of education.

Ramlal’s challenges began early in life. At just 11 years old, he was married off while still in Class 6, a practice that was common in his village. While he initially enjoyed the excitement of his wedding, he later realized the negative impact of child marriage. Despite the societal norms and lack of support from his father, Ramlal was determined to continue his education.

With limited resources, Ramlal completed his schooling up to Class 10 at a local government school, scoring an impressive 74 percent. Unsure of what to do next, he received guidance from a teacher who encouraged him to pursue Biology, recognizing his potential in science.

Ramlal's journey toward becoming a doctor officially began with his first NEET attempt in 2019, during his Class 12 exams. Relying solely on self-study, he scored 350 marks. Undeterred by this modest start, he attempted the exam again in 2020 and 2021, scoring 320 and 362 marks, respectively. After his third attempt, he decided to join ALLEN Kota, a coaching institute that provided expert guidance.

In 2023, on his fifth attempt, Ramlal achieved his dream, scoring an impressive 632 out of 720 marks. His success was made possible by his relentless hard work, the encouragement of his teachers, and the unwavering support of his wife, who believed in his potential despite her own limited education.
