Haryana's Abhinav Siwach achieved an impressive All India Rank of 12 in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Exam 2023. Belonging to Fatehabad district, Abhinav Siwach is known for his exceptional aptitude and resilience. He previously cleared the Delhi Civil Services examination and is currently serving as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of South Delhi. Before this role, he worked as a Naib Tehsildar in Tohana, Fatehabad district. 

His father Satbir Siwach serves as a Commissioner in the Celltex Department, and the family resides in Hisar. Notably, Abhinav made a significant sacrifice by turning down a lucrative job offer with a package of Rs 30 lakh to pursue his dream of joining the civil services.

In an interview with Dainik Jagran, Siwach revealed that he is an IIM Kolkata graduate who chose passion over profit. Despite his demanding role as SDM, he dedicated seven to eight hours daily to studying for the UPSC exams while maintaining a distance from social media.

Apart from academic excellence, what caught attention of netizens is the love story between IAS officer Abhinav Siwach and IPS officer Ashna Chaudhary. On October 13, 2024, the duo shared an emotional Instagram post together. The post featured a touching photo of the couple with the caption: "Thoda hai thode ki zarurat hai, Zindagi phir bhi yahan khubsurat hai. One dream at a time. You complete me." This heartfelt message sparked speculation about their relationship and potential plans for marriage, although no official details have been confirmed.
