Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma were spotted at the ashram of Premanand Baba in Vrindavan.
In a widely shared video, Indian batsman Virat Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma, are seen receiving blessings from Radhavallaj Lal Ji in Vrindavan. This spiritual visit follows their recent stop at Premanandji Maharaj in the same city. Kohli, who recently returned home from the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, where he made 190 runs in six innings, often seeks blessings from spiritual leaders alongside his wife, whether they are in India or the United Kingdom.

In other news, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is apparently considering harsher regulations for Team India's trips, according to ESPNcricinfo. These new regulations limit players' time with their family while on tour and prohibit independent transportation to practices and matches.
During a 45-day tour, athletes' families will be permitted to stay with them for no more than 14 days. For shorter overseas trips, players' immediate families can accompany them for up to a week. During a meeting with BCCI authorities in Mumbai, Team India captain Rohit Sharma, head coach Gautam Gambhir, and chief selector Ajit Agarkar learned about the new protocols.
Following a humiliating 3-1 loss to Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, Team India missed out on qualifying for the World Test Championship (WTC) Final at Lords.
Captain Rohit Sharma and star batsman Virat Kohli were heavily criticised for their poor performances in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and the overall unsatisfactory 2024/25 Test cricket season. Sharma managed to score just 31 runs in three matches and five innings, with an average of 6.20. Meanwhile, Kohli scored 190 runs in five matches and nine innings, averaging 23.75 with one century to his credit. Both players struggled to have a significant impact with the bat. Kohli, in particular, fell victim to deliveries outside the off-stump, with bowler Scott Boland removing him four times during the series.
There is a lot of speculation that Kohli may consider playing in the Ranji Trophy to regain his form and confidence in red-ball cricket. With the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and a five-Test series against England approaching, these matches are viewed as critical to Kohli's role in the Indian cricket squad.
