PAK vs WI: Noman Ali, Sajid Khan shine as Pakistan beat West Indies by 127 runs, take 1-0 lead in two-match series

Sajid Khan's stunning five-wicket haul, along with Abrar Ahmed's four wickets after lunch, propelled Pakistan to a decisive 127-run victory on day three of the first Test at Multan, bowling out the West Indies for 123 in their second innings.

At lunch, the West Indies were 54/5, with Sajid creating havoc on their top order for the second time in the game.

Alick Athanaze attempted to battle back with a determined half-century, but Abrar replied forcefully, taking three of the final four wickets to finish the West Indies innings on 123.

Pakistan's spinners dominated the West Indies' second innings, capturing all of the wickets, with Noman Ali contributing 1-42 to the team's total. This impressive bowling performance handed the home team an early lead in the two-Test series.

The West Indies' batting was highlighted by Alick Athanaze's tough 55, which was the visitors' only half-century of the match. He also shared a 41-run stand for the sixth wicket with Tevin Imlach.

Sajid Khan made a crucial breakthrough by removing the in-form Athanaze, while Ahmed finished the innings by capturing Jomel Warrican's wicket.

Earlier, Jomel Warrican had a career-best performance with 7-32 with his left-arm spin, helping to demolish Pakistan for 157 in their second innings.
