Ira demonstrated her exceptional ability by hitting an unbeaten 346 runs off only 157 balls, smashing Smriti Mandhana's previous record of 224 runs.
Ira Jadhav, a 14-year-old from Pune, has created a remarkable imprint in the record books with her outstanding performance in the U-19 Women's One-Day Cup Trophy at Alur Stadium in Bangalore.
Ira demonstrated her exceptional ability by hitting an unbeaten 346 runs off only 157 balls, smashing Smriti Mandhana's previous record of 224 runs. Her innings included an incredible 16 sixes and 42 fours, cementing her place as one of Indian cricket's most exciting new stars.
This is the highest score an Indian player has achieved in Youth List A matches. Nevertheless, Lizelle Lee of South Africa holds the world record in this category, having scored 427 runs in a domestic match in 2010.

Who is Ira Jadhav?
Ira Jadhav, who was born in Pune on February 19, 2010, has always been interested in cricket. She is currently a student at Sharadashram Vidyamandir and made news last year when she scored 182 runs off 141 balls for Glorious Cricket Club against Regal Cricket Club. Ira started playing cricket when she was eight years old, honing her abilities at local clubs in Pune before going to Mumbai.
Ira manages to juggle her schoolwork with cricket, scoring an impressive 80% on her school examinations. Her strong drives and ability to focus on the game despite a hectic schedule are among her greatest assets. Despite taking part in the recent Women's Premier League auction, she went unsold.
The highlight of Mumbai's recent victory over Meghalaya was Ira Jadhav's record-breaking effort, which saw the team score an outstanding 563/3 in 50 overs. Ira's contributions, along with those of captain Hurley Gala, who amassed 116 runs and struck a century, were essential to the team's victory.
Meghalaya only scored 19 runs before being bowled out due to their poor batting performance. Ritika Yadav and Akshaya Shinde each grabbed two wickets, while Mumbai's bowlers Jeeya and Yayati both took three. Mumbai's resounding 544-run victory demonstrated their dominance in the competition.
Given her extraordinary talent and tenacity, Ira Jadhav is undoubtedly headed for a successful cricket career.
