IND-W vs IRE-W: India beat Ireland by 304 runs to register their biggest win in ODI cricket, sweep series 3-0

The Indian women's cricket team enjoyed a spectacular triumph over Ireland, winning the third ODI by 304 runs and completing a clean sweep with a 3-0 scoreline. This triumph was a notable milestone for the Indian squad, as it was their largest ODI victory by run margin, exceeding their previous record of 249 runs against Ireland in Potchefstroom eight years previously. Interestingly, all eight women's ODI victories by more than 300 runs have come against Ireland.

India won the toss and chose to bat in the third match of the series against Ireland. The opening pair of Pratika Rawal and Smriti Mandhana was brilliant, scoring 233 runs. Mandhana scored 135 runs off 80 balls, including seven sixes, and Pratika added 154 runs off 129 balls, with 20 boundaries and a six. Richa Ghosh also made a rapid 59-run contribution, helping India reach a strong 435/5.

Ireland faced challenges from the start in chasing India's big target. The Indian bowling attack worked together to limit Ireland to just 131 runs. Deepti Sharma was the best bowler, claiming three wickets, while Tanuja Kanwar claimed two. Titas Sadhu, Sayali Satghare, and Minu Manni each contributed one wicket to the total.

With this victory, India finished the ODI series against Ireland 3-0. Pratika Rawal scored the most runs (310), followed by Smriti Mandhana (249). Deepti Sharma took the most wickets in the series, with seven.
