Reliance Digital Health Limited, an incubate of Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries, partook in massive acquisition to control 45% of Health Alliance Group Inc., an American entity, for about ₹85 crore (10 million dollars). The agreement, to be concluded subject to all conditions before closure in 2024, is part of the endeavor of Reliance to put its footprints in healthcare & the technology space.
This company, incorporated in December 2022 with headquarters in Delaware, engages in developing tech-driven solutions while understanding the great importance of enhancement in healthcare access for people in all parts.

Reliance Industries mentioned that the investment would enable RDHL to develop a platform for virtual diagnostics and care that aims to bring the apparently untouchable healthcare access within the reach of the public. The two have, however, struck a two-week clause for the deal closure, as there are no government approvals required. They assure the transaction has no affiliation with any related party as per Reliance.

With Health Alliance Group Inc., Reliance hopes to offer advanced, cost-effective health service delivery models to the underserved communities in India.
