Bollywood star Sushmita Sen often makes headlines for her dating life. Previously linked with businessman Lalit Modi; she publicly dated Rohman Shawl, openly acknowledging their relationship.

 She recently appeared on Rhea Chakraborty's show Chapter 2 and disclosed that she has been single for the past two years. The actress said, "I have no man in my life. I've been single for a while. It has been almost two years since I have been single, to be precise since 2021... I am not in a relationship. I have some incredibly wonderful people in my life who are my friends and they are all just waiting for a moment for me to call them and say, 'Look, I'm pulling the car out, get in the backseat. She further said, "I am not even interested in anyone at the moment. It is lovely to take a break because I was in a relationship for almost five years. And that was a long time." In 2021, the actress had confirmed her breakup with Rohman in 2021 on social media. She shared a photo woth him and wrote, "We began as friends, we remain friends!!! Meanwhile, a video surfaced showing Rohman Shawl being protective of Sushmita Sen at an event, sparking their patch up rumours. Rhea Chakraborty stepped into the new world of podcasting with her show Chapter 2. In the clip, Rhea begins by saying, "Do you know that there is a bigger gold digger than you in the room?" and points towards herself. Sushmita is hilarious as she asks, “Oh, you also?” Rhea happily replies, “I’m the biggest one.” Rhea further leaves Sushmita in splits when she suggests Sushmita start a curriculum on the upbringing. She further reveals that she’ll be 32 soon, Sushmita calls her a ‘little baby’.
