However, a throwback video of Varun Dhawan has resurfaced, showing him kissing Nargis Fakhri even after the director yelled ‘cut.’ The clip has ignited a firestorm of criticism, with many slamming the actor for his "cringeworthy" behaviour. The resurfaced clip is behind-the-scene from his father David Dhawan’s film, Main Tera Hero. The said clip features Varun with Nargis Fakhri, engaging in a romantic sequence, where the actor is kissing Nargis’ around her neck. Watch the clip here:

A  Reddit user shared the throwback video with the caption that read, “Varun didn't want to let her go even after the director said cut so many times.” Soon after, a number of Reddit users chimed in to slam Varun for his cringy behaviour. A user wrote, “The director was his father, right?” A second user commented, “Nargis laughing like a maniac is crazy. I genuinely believe she has a "Director saying cut" fetish.” A user was reminded of Varun’s kiss with Kiara as he wrote, “He behaved the same way with kiara in a photo shoot.” “Creepy Dhawan. Being a professional actor should at least make you have a sense of boundaries. This guy is just a repeat offender and somehow gets away with it every time,” added another user. 

Meanwhile, Varun is prepping for his upcoming film, Border 2 after his successful stint in Atlee’s Baby John. The actor was recently seen sporting his new look for the highly anticipated sequel to the 1997 blockbuster Border. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty, as per reports.
