Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene, have recently bought a new Ferrari 296 GTS, which has a whopping cost of over Rs 6 crore. Meanwhile, on the work front, Madhuri was last seen in the horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The Anees Bazmee directorial, which also starred Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Triptii Dimri in the leading roles, became a blockbuster upon its release. It earned Rs 260 crore net in India and grossed Rs 389 crore worldwide.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 clashed at the box office with Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Jackie Shroff, and Tiger Shroff-starrer Singham Again. The Rohit Shetty directorial earned Rs 248 crore net in India and grossed Rs 373 crore worldwide.

Both the Diwali releases were coincidentally threequels. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is the third film in the horror comedy franchise. Singham Again is the third film in the Singham series and the fifth installment in Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe after Ajay Devgn's Singham (2011) and Singham Returns (2014), Ranveer Singh's Simmba (2018), and Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi (2021).
