Baby John Twitter review: Varun Dhawan nails his 'massiest avatar', Salman Khan's 'terrific' cameo impresses fans

Headlined by Varun Dhawan, the mass action entertainer Baby John has finally been releases on December 25 on the occasion of Christmas. The film features Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi as the leading ladies and Jackie Shroff as the main antagonist. Baby John is adapted from Atlee's 2016 Tamil blockbuster Theri, which starred Thalapathy Vijay in the leading role. Atlee has produced the film with Kalees as the director. 

After watching the first day first show, audiences shared their views on their Twitter or X accounts. Viewers have liked Varun Dhawan's action avatar, his chemistry with Keerthy Suresh, solid action set pieces and found Salman Khan's cameo as the major highlight of Baby John. 

One Twitter user wrote, "Baby John is a DECENT action entertainer. Varun Dhawan is at his MASSIEST avatar and he nails it. Action sequences, undercurrent of emotions, Jackie Shroff as an antagonist and of course, Salman Khan’s cameo make it a good one time watch. This cameo could have been much better though. Hype was super. Predictable storyline, many as it is copied scenes from Theri (needed some upgrade considering it’s 2024) and average music are some flaws."
