Starring Varun Dhawan in his most dynamic role yet, Baby John hit theatres on December 25, Christmas Day. The high-energy action film features Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi as the lead actresses, with Jackie Shroff playing the main villain.

Salman Khan also makes a cameo appearance in the post-climax scene. Baby John, an adaptation of Atlee's 2016 Tamil hit Theri, is struggling at the box office. The film earned Rs 30.10 crore net in India during its first six days. According to early estimates from the box office tracking portal Sacnilk, it only collected Rs 2.15 crore on Tuesday since its release. As a result, its total six-day earnings now stand at Rs 32.65 crore.

Keerthy Suresh, the South actress who recently made her Bollywood debut with Baby John, showed the paparazzi who's boss when they tried to get under her skin. Recently, she had a fiery encounter with paps in Mumbai where she was mistakenly called "Kriti" and then referred to as "Dosa.” 

 A recent video has surfaced online, showing how Keerthy took paparazzi to task for insensitive remark. Dressed up in a blue denim dress, she posed patiently for photos. However, when the paparazzi addressed her as "Kirti" instead of Keerthy, she politely corrected them. But things take a surprising turn when one of the photographers jokingly called her "dosa." In no time, a visibly miffed Keerthy clapped back with wit and confidence. 

"I'm not Keerthy dosa, I'm Keerthy Suresh. And by the way, I love dosas!" she said while reminding everyone who’s boss. As soon as the video went viral sparking outrage among netizens who criticised paps for derogatory remarks “The attitude of paps is so bad.. they sound like cat calling.. Thu,” reacted a social media user. 

Meanwhile, Keethy starred as Varun Dhawan’s wife in Baby John, directed by Kalees. The film is the remake of the 2016 Tamil action thriller Theri. Presented by Atlee and produced by Priya, Jyoti Deshpande, and Murad Khetani, the film also features Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles. Baby John hit theaters on Christmas Day, December 25.
