'Not as good as Mukesh Ambani's...': Viren Merchant's speech from Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant's wedding goes viral

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's youngest son Anant Ambani tied the knot with Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant's daughter Radhika Merchant on July 12 at the Jio World Drive in Mumbai. The wedding festivities which started in March at Jamnagar, came to an end on July 14 with Mangal Utsav, the wedding reception. 

On the occasion of the wedding reception, Radhika Merchant's parents Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant also expressed gratitude to everyone who graced their daughter and son-in-law's wedding. 

In a viral video circulating online, Viren Merchant can be seen thanking everyone for their support and love over the past few days. He said, "Sorry, my Hindi is not as good as Mukesh Bhai's, so I take this opportunity to speak in English. Or I can speak in Kutchi also. First and foremost, thank you all for being here. And your presence means a lot to both the families and especially to Anant and Radhika."

He further added, "You all have been the backbone to allow us to have these celebrations. And we are very, very privileged that you all can be part of the celebrations with us. And please enjoy the evening, like Mukesh Bhai mentioned, with the program from AR Rahman. And thank you once again for being here and showering blessings on our children. And it definitely means a lot to us. Thank you."

Radhika Merchant's mother Shaila Merchant also expressed her gratitude and said about Anant Ambani "mujhe Ram hi mil gaya hai." 

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant got married on July 12. The Shubh Ashirwad ceremony for the couple was held on July 13, followed by Mangal Utsav on July 14.
