A viral video, featuring an elderly couple spilling beans on the secret to their long-lasting relationship, is the most wholesome content you'll find on internet. 

The clip, shared on Instagram, begins with the elderly man getting nostalgic about the time when he first met his life partner. "I was quite sure that I would marry the first girl I met. Next, what his wife revealed would make you blush. She remarked, "When he came to our place, we were continuously talking for 4-5 hours. Suddenly, he asks, 'Do you like me'? 

"I was taken aback. He was extremely handsome. In reality, I fell for him the first time I saw him. I thought in my mind, 'I can't wait to marry you'", she added, leaving her husband in splits. 

On being asked about their relationship secret, the man said, "It is her. Because I keep making mistakes and she makes me understand how things are to be done. I am the person who wants to keep the relationships. I can't take it to an extent where it falls apart. In that case, I step ahead and apologise". 

He further opined that "ego is the factor that breaks relationship", adding that one should keep one's ego aside while being in a relationship.
