Cathie started corset training at the age of 18, and by the time she was in her 30s, she had lost 26 inches from her waist naturally over the course of years no surgery, just commitment and self-control.

Cathie, who had a strong passion for Victorian-era fashion and no diet or exercise involved, made history by wearing a corset for 23 hours every day.

The key to Victorian style, according to Cathie Jung, is wearing the proper knickers. Her smaller corsets developed organically over time, not to set records.
4.No health issues
Cathie is still active and in good health despite having a 15-inch waist. Since her gradual waist training had no effect on her mobility, she enjoys driving, fishing, and housework.
5.Safe pregnancy
Waist training, according to Cathie, is "the reverse of pregnancy," as it only slightly alters organs. Her husband, an orthopaedic surgeon, has responsibly guided her journey all over.
