Pranjal Pandey, a certified nutritionist shared her 8 non-negotiable habits that helped her loose weight
Pranjal Pandey, a certified nutritionist and wellness coach, achieved a remarkable weight transformation, losing 85 kilos. She frequently shares highlights of her impressive weight loss journey on her Instagram account. Her profile is filled with inspiration for weight loss, including her diet and workout routines, along with tips and hacks for achieving faster and sustainable weight loss.
Recently, Pranjal shared eight essential habits that are crucial for anyone on a weight loss journey. In her caption, she emphasised that "losing weight and maintaining it cannot be achieved through any diet or workout routine alone, but requires a complete lifestyle change." She went on to highlight some of the key habits she has adopted during her journey that she believes are important to share.
Here are the non-negotiable habits that Pranjal follows:
She starts her day with consuming warm water with lemon juice every morning on an empty stomach can help prevent bloating and promote liver health. After that she ensured that she eats fibre such as a salad which coats stomach so the meal doesn’t raise your insulin levels dramatically.
Following that she made sure that her diet included fruits, which she took with either protein or fats. The nutritionist said combining fruits with protein or fats can be beneficial for individuals with PCOS. For example, apples can be paired with almond butter, while berries can be enjoyed with Greek yogurt.
Pandey then emphasised on hyderation. She said, drinking four liters of water daily aids in the expulsion of fat from the body through urine.
The nutritionist then suggested to take a walk after meals that can support weight loss efforts. If walking isn't possible, doing 10-15 squats can also be effective. Having the last meal at least 2-3 hours before bed. It is important to have the last meal of the day at least 2-3 hours before sleeping, She added.
She then suggested to add protein in meals. She said including protein in every meal can promote satiety, reducing the likelihood of snacking and cravings after eating.
And lastly she suggested to engage in daily physical activity. Whether it's going to the gym, doing Pilates, walking, or running, can be refreshing and beneficial for overall health.
