1.Paneer tikka sizzler
This sizzler is a smoky vegetarian treat that includes sautéed veggies and seasoned rice with grilled paneer tikka. Every bite is spicy with a light coating of mint chutney.Recipe:Paneer cubes coated in yoghurt, lemon juice, garam masala, and chilli powder on a grill. Serve with tossed cabbage, onions, and bell peppers over jeera rice. Transfer to a hot plate and spread with mint chutney.
2.Chicken shashlik sizzler
This popular Indo-Chinese dish is had served hot and crackling and includes fried rice, spicy garlic sauce, and juicy chicken skewers. A classic for non-vegetarians on rainy days. Recipe: Use vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, and chilli sauce to coat the chicken. Add onions and peppers to the grill. Transfer to a hot iron sizzler plate, top with egg fried rice, and spread with garlic sauce.
3.Schezwan noodle sizzler
For a large, filling bite, this sizzler blends wok-tossed noodles with crunchy vegetables, Schezwan sauce, and paneer or tofu. It's a hot treat for spice lovers. Recipe: Tofu, beans, carrots, and cabbage are stir-fried with noodles. Stir in the chilli oil, soy, and Schezwan sauce. On a sizzling platter, arrange the cabbage leaves and add the spring onions as a garnish.
4.Tandoori fish sizzler
Lemon rice and stir-fried spinach include the perfectly cooked, delicate fish cuts coated in strong tandoori spices. It's flavorful, light, and ideal for monsoon evenings. Recipe: Use yoghurt, turmeric, chilli, and tandoori masala to coat the fish. Grill until golden. Serve on a sizzling base with lemon rice, boiled spinach, and mint-coriander chutney.
5.Mixed veg cheese sizzler
Perfect for cozy evenings when you want warmth and luxury on one plate, this vegetarian comfort dish includes grilled vegetables, herbed rice, and a creamy cheese sauce. Recipe: Broccoli, corn, beans, and carrots on the grill. Serve with garlic bread on the side, drizzle with melted cheese sauce (a mixture of cheese, milk, flour, and butter), and serve over herbed rice.
