Regular eating habits
One of the key factors in Nita Ambani’s weight-loss journey was maintaining a consistent eating schedule. Vinod Channa recommended eating every two hours to keep her metabolism active and prevent overeating. This approach ensured her body remained energised throughout the day without the risk of digestive strain. Instead of eliminating indulgent foods, she opted for healthier alternatives, making her diet sustainable and enjoyable.
Smart workouts
Nita’s fitness routine prioritised larger muscle groups such as the legs, chest, and back before focusing on abdominal exercises. According to Channa, engaging these bigger muscles burns more calories and helps tone the body more effectively. This strategy not only improved her overall fitness but also made it easier to achieve a well-defined core later.
Core strengthening
To target her belly fat and strengthen her core, Nita followed exercises like crunches, leg raises, and planks. Channa explained that these moves specifically worked on major abdominal muscles, including the obliques and transverse abdominis, ensuring a comprehensive approach. These exercises helped her tone her midsection while also building overall strength and stability.
