Ayushmann Khurrana rents out his ultra luxurious Mumbai apartment for a whopping Rs… per month

Ayushmann Khurrana has solidified his status as a leading Bollywood actor with his unconventional film choices like Andhadhun and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. With a career spanning over a decade, the Chandigarh-born actor boasts a massive fan base, with over 17.8 million followers on Instagram. The National Award-winning actor not only delivers impressive performances but also takes home a substantial paycheck. 

The actor has expanded his wealth by acquiring a portfolio of luxurious properties across India, collectively worth hundreds of crores. He purchased a swanky apartment in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala complex for a whopping Rs 19.30 crore as per Moneycontrol.com. He also bought a family home worth Rs 9 crore in Panchkula as per reports. It is co-owned by his brother Aparshakti Khurana. He also owns a sprawling bungalow in his home town Chandigarh. In the latest development, the actor has listed his luxury apartment near Mumbai’s Goregaon West for rent. 

According to data from IndexTap.com, Ayushmann has rented out his 2,200 sq ft luxury apartment in the residential society Imperial Heights Tower CHS Ltd. As per reports, the apartment has been leased to Pallavi Ankit Tiwari for a year for Rs 90,000 monthly rent. The tenant has already paid a security deposit of Rs 5 lakh as per reports. Well, the actor has not yet reacted or confirmed to the reports. 

Ayushmann was last seen in Ektaa Kapoor’s Dream Girl 2 alongside Ananya Panday. The film turned out to be a commercial success. Up next, the actor is geared up to join Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy universe. He is all set to feature in Thama, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal.
