Baa became a beloved character due to Sudha Shivpuri's loving portrayal as the wise matriarch. Her character died just before the conclusion of the show, leaving fans heartbroken. 

2.Savita Virani (Apara Mehta)

Tulsi's mother-in-law, Savita Virani, played by Apara Mehta, became an iconic figure. Her character's arc concluded when Tulsi shut off her ventilator when she was hospitalised.

Sumeet Sachdev, who represented Gautam, the older son of Tulsi, lovingly known as Gomzy, won hearts. Unfortunately, he will not be making a comeback in the reinvented version of the classic series.
