Srinivas Pallia will take over as the company's CEO and Managing Director on April 7, 2024, with a five-year term expiring after the Board of Directors of Wipro approved his appointment. After Thierry Delaporte left his position on April 6, Pallia took over in this capacity.

Srinivas Pallia, the CEO of Wipro, is the second-highest paid chief executive officer in the IT sector, earning roughly Rs 50 crore in compensation annually, as reported by Moneycontrol. Pallia is an invaluable asset to Wipro as he leads the company through changing times thanks to his in-depth knowledge of industry dynamics and technological advancements.

Pallia began her tenure at Wipro in 1992 and has occupied several crucial leadership roles, such as President of the Consumer Business Unit and Global Head of Business Application Services.
