Watch: Abhishek Bachchan smiles proudly as father Amitabh Bachchan greets fans outside Jalsa in viral video

For the past many years, megastar Amitabh Bachchan has made sure to meet his fans outside his Mumbai home Jalsa every Sunday. It has become a ritual not only for the Bachchan family but also for all their fans. Every Sunday, hundreds of fans gather to catch a glimpse of the megastar, leaving the world in awe of his popularity, including his son Abhishek Bachchan. This Sunday, Amitabh Bachchan was happily greeting his fans outside Jalsa, but what caught everyone's attention was Abhishek Bachchan lovingly gazing at the love his father was receiving from the first floor of the bungalow.

Amitabh Bachchan was dressed for this weekly occasion in a white kurta-pyjama and a pink and black jacket. He also wore a headgear. Abhishek Bachchan, on the other hand, was spotted in casual clothes, standing at the balcony and looking at his father with a big smile on his face. After witnessing the cameras, Abhishek Bachchan then smiled and waved at the crowd.

Addressing the fans gathered outside his home, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, "It’s another early call tomorrow so shall be off .. But the Sunday meet at the gate was as always awesome .. the numbers increase I think and the love even more .. I am so blessed."

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Vettaiyan and Kalki 2898 AD. Abhishek Bachchan, on the other hand, was last seen in Shoojit Sircar’s I Want to Talk. He will be next seen in Housefull 5 which is set to release on June 6, 2025.
