Saiyaara box office collection day 2: Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda's romantic musical, Saiyaara, continues its rampage at the box office. Mohit Suri's directorial, led by newcomers, with minimal promotions, has created havoc, breaking numerous records. The early estimate of the second day is here, and the film has already breached the Rs 50 crore mark. 

Saiyaara Saturday box office collection

As Sacnilk reported, on Saturday, Saiyaara earned Rs 24 crores in India. The film opened in cinemas with Rs 21 crores in India and Rs 3 crores overseas, taking the worldwide gross to Rs 27.75 crores. With Saturday's collection, Saiyaaraa has earned Rs 51.75 crores. The overseas collection of Saturday will take the 2-day gross to Rs 53-54 crores. Going with the trend, Saiyaara will easily earn Rs 27-30 crores in India and Rs 4-5 crores overseas on Sunday. The first weekend will be in the range of Rs 80-85 crores worldwide. 

As far as the occupancy is concerned, Saiyaara had an average occupancy was 51.24%. The morning shows had an occupancy of 28.14%. The afternoon shows had 50.67%, the evening shows had an occupancy of 55.40%, and the night shows had an occupancy of 70.74%. 

Saiyaara will have Rs 200-300 crores lifetime collection

As per the strong trend, Saiyaara will be a blockbuster that will easily earn Rs 200 crores in its lifetime. Many trade experts have even predicted that the film will also cross the Rs 300 crore mark. 

Several filmmakers like Sanjay Gupta and Madhur Bhandarkar, Ram Gopal Varma and trade pundits have lauded Yash Raj Films for their strategy of keeping minimal promotions, with no promotional tours, PR stunts, and even keeping talents away from the interviews. Ram Gopal Varma lauded team Saiyaara and wrote on X, "The guy who invented films died. And the guy who can tell which film will work is not yet born." Saiyaaraa also stars Rajesh Kumar, Shaan Grover and Geeta Agarwal in pivotal roles.
