Post Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3's success, Kartik Aaryan to charge Rs 50 crore for Karan Johar's film? Here's what we know

Kartik Aaryan is riding high on the success of his last release, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, and now as per the latest reports, the actor has sky-rocketed his acting fees. This year, Kartik was seen in two films, the critically-acclaimed Chandu Champion, and the commercial blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. His horror-comedy was considered a huge success as it clashed with another strong film, Singham Again during Diwali. 

Reportedly, Kartik will soon start his film, Karan Johar-produced Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, and has charged Rs 50 crores as his acting fees.  According to Zoom, Kartik will be paid Rs 50 crores, and the film will be made on an impressive budget of Rs 150 crores. Kartik's upcoming project is being touted as one of the most ambitious rom-coms in recent times.

As per the portal, Kartik’s market value has jumped high following the blockbuster success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Due to this, the actor has positioned himself among Bollywood’s highest-paid stars. In another report of Bollywood Hungama the scale of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is described as a grand venture mounted on an impressive budget.

On December 25, Kartik and Karan shared the announcement of their new film. After their much-publicised fallout over Dostana 2, Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar have finally joined hands together for an upcoming romantic comedy titled Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri. The filmmaker and actor took to their Instagram to announce the film on Wednesday, December 25 coinciding with Christmas.

Sharing the fun announcement video, Karan wrote, "Wrapped in romance, here comes the best Christmas gift ever from us to you. Starring Kartik Aaryan - Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri is coming to cinemas in 2026. Directed by Sameer Vidwans." Kartik wrote, "Tumhara RAY aa raha hai RUMI, Mummy ki khaayi hui kasam, yeh Mumma’s boy poori karke he rehta hai! Super excited to return to my fav genre Rom-com #TuMeriMainTeraMainTeraTuMeri. The biggest love story coming to cinemas in 2026."
