Naga Chaitanya, Sobhita Dhulipala begin pre-wedding celebrations with Haldi ceremony, first photo of couple out

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala's pre-wedding celebrations have started with the blessings of both families. Ahead of the wedding, the Haldi ceremony known as Mangalasnanam was celebrated in the presence of close friends and family members. Before tying the knot on December 4, the couple kick-started pre-wedding celebrations with Haldi on Friday. 

The photos from the ceremony are out on the internet, and they went viral instantly. For this occasion, Sobhita sported a bright red saree with a full-hand blouse, ditching the yellow outfit. Whereas as Chay looked dapper in a white kurta pyjama. The photos captured the happiness of the would-be couple, taking blessings from their close ones and enjoying the moment to the fullest.

Earlier, a source close to the actor's family confirmed that the wedding would take place according to customs and that it would be an 8-hour-long traditional wedding ceremony. 

The source quoted, "It's going to be more than 8 hour long wedding rituals according to the Telugu Brahmin traditions, which is what Sobhita and Chaitanya are following for their wedding,” a source close to Sobhita revealed. The source added, “In order to honour the cultural aspects and give respect and attention to all the beautiful details of a Telugu wedding they are going all out with an over 8 hour traditional hard-core old school wedding."

For the unversed, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala will get married on December 4 in a grand but intimate ceremony at the Akkineni family's studio, Annapurna Studio, Hyderabad. This will be Naga Chaitanya's second marriage. Earlier he was married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two got married in 2017 but got separated in 2021. On the work front, Chay was last seen in Custody. Sobhita was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan Part II, and Samantha was last seen in the web series Citadel: Honey Bunny.
