If an actor or actress belongs to a film family, it is assumed that they would succeed and get several films from big production houses. However, this is not always the case. Today, we will tell you about an actress who belongs to a family of superstars. She made her debut a few years back but is still trying to establish herself as an actress in the film industry.

We are talking about none other than Pranutan Bahl - daughter of actors Mohnish Bahl and Ekta Sohini. Pranutan Bahl is a legacy actress as she is not only the daughter of two established actors but is also the granddaughter of yesteryear superstar Nutan.

Pranutan Bahl is also the grandniece of Tanuja (Nutan's sister) which makes superstar Kajol and Tanisha Mukerji her aunts.

Many are unaware that Pranutan Bahl is also a professional lawyer.

Born in 1993, Pranutan Bahl made her acting debut with 'Notebook' (2019) opposite Zaheer Iqbal. Despite critics raving about her screen presence, Pranutan Bahl could not establish herself in the eyes of the audience.

Pranutan Bahl next appeared in the 2021 film 'Helmet' opposite Aparshakti Khurana. The film was released on ZEE5 but could not gain as much traction as expected. She will next star in the musical romance film 'Coco & Nut' alongside Rahsaan Noor. The film is slated to release next year.
